Current practice is focused on labor and employment law and in proceedings before various administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor and the Texas Workforce Commission. Recent experience includes 10 years as prosecutor for Nueces County, with many dozens of felony jury trials. Also experienced in governmental law.
Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2001 and to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
