Current practice is focused primarily on civil litigation (trial and appellate) in state and Federal courts, consisting of business, employment, and other litigation matters. Recent areas of specialization include personal injury and premises liability cases involving governmental entities, open government regulatory compliance, public labor relations and negotiations, and, generally, municipal law.
